Facing over $750K in unmanaged international dialing charges each month, one of Proactive’s global enterprise clients desperately needed a way to mitigate risk and reduce costs without sacrificing line quality and access.


We developed and deployed a custom Personal Identification Number (PIN) system that could track users/PIN’s call origination, destination, duration, and rate.


In the month after the PIN system was deployed, international calls decreased 99.98% to less than $200. Our client experienced the same dramatic savings each month, and ultimately saved $9M over the course of the year.
