In the aftermath of natural disasters, military and other first responders often face enormous communication challenges that inhibit their ability to efficiently manage crises.  In the absence or destruction of terrestrial communications infrastructure, Proactive Communications' satellite networks have proven to provide a reliable transport mechanism for all types of traffic in environments that are complex and difficult to integrate.

Our approach to to disaster relief communications is to deliver scalable and customizeable tiered packages to address the range of communications needs.  When a disaster occurs, your emergency response organization can make a determination on the tier and the necesssary modules needed to successfully accomplish your mission.

Proactive's systems include centralized management combined with user-friendly and easily deployed modules.  Our services are supported 24x7 by our Network Operations Security Center (NOSC), located in Killeen, Texas. This approach allows response teams to quickly adapt to any emergency situation where systems and services must be transported and configured on the fly.

  2. Generate a purchase order, made payable to Proactive Communications, Inc.. You must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-SDD-2147 on your purchase order.
  3. Email or Fax your purchase order and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative.

Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) Accessibility

Information regarding Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) accessibility of this vendor’s offerings is included in the contract. Agencies purchasing products or services are responsible for complying with Texas EIR Accessibility statute and rules, as defined in TGC 2054 Subchapter M, 1TAC 206, and 1 TAC 213. Product Warranty and Return Policies

All PCI sold equipment is under a commercial warranty of one (1) year from date of delivery to customer. All labor is warranted for duration of the project.  Any items damaged through the abuse, poor prime power, wartime/force majeure, or negligent use is not covered under warrantee. Customer is responsible for shipping and transportation and associated costs of all equipment processed for RMA or repair by PCI or the original equipment manufacturer.
