For over 12 years, Proactive has been actively monitoring global operations for clients around the clock from our Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) located outside Austin, TX. The NOSC is a highly secure facility with controlled access, redundant power, redundant climate control, and geographically diverse voice and data redundancy.
The NOSC’s location in one of the most geographically stable areas in North America, and the fact that it draws from Texas’ independent power grid (which is not affected by power decisions elsewhere in the nation) ensure maximum stability and support for our clients.

We equip our NOSC experts with automated service management tools that provide auto-escalation, fault identification and configuration management within Proactive’s proprietary Net Console to reduce response times and eliminate errors.
