Network Management
& Monitoring

We keep watch. Always.

For over 12 years, Proactive has been actively monitoring global operations for clients around the clock from our Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) located outside Austin, TX. The NOSC is a highly secure facility with controlled access, redundant power, redundant climate control, and geographically diverse voice and data redundancy.

The NOSC’s location in one of the most geographically stable areas in North America, and the fact that it draws from Texas’ independent power grid (which is not affected by power decisions elsewhere in the nation) ensure maximum stability and support for our clients.

Unparalleled technical and customer service expertise.

The NOSC support teams help IT leaders more cost effectively support their growing infrastructure while providing an unparalleled end-user experience. Our technicians are hired not only for their technical expertise, but also for their desire to deliver the best service experience to our clients. Each technician is required to complete a rigorous initial training program and maintain the most current certifications in their area of expertise. They also undergo annual evaluations to ensure they provide outstanding service to our customers.

Continuously in contact.

NOSC operations are never outsourced to other locations during off hours and we always answer the phone, 24x7x365. We equip our NOSC experts with automated service management tools that provide auto-escalation, fault identification and configuration management within Proactive’s proprietary Net Console to reduce response times and eliminate errors.

We're constantly present.

Our disciplined approach to network management and monitoring means you don’t have to worry about network uptime and call quality. The NOSC is an extension of your IT department, continually ensuring that your network is up and operating at its highest potential.
