The PCI Emergency Response Command Center (ERC2) provides a rapid deployable Command Center with a full communications package. The Incident Commander has the ability to communicate and provide real-time information updates to the Rear Operations Center. The platform contains a Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) Ku on the Halt system as the telecommunications transport mechanism. Internet access, VOIP phones, Video Teleconference, Incident Commanders Radio Bridge and real time video with the Unmanned Surveillance camera are aggregated at the trailer node and transported over commercial satellite/IP to the designated rear communications center.

PCI Network Operations Security Center is manned 24 X 7 and monitors the ERC2 network health. PCI NOSC employs network observation and troubleshooting applications to ensure the health of the ERC2 network.
