If properly deployed, satellite telecommunication networks are the most effective way to ensure the phone, email, and Internet connectivity necessary to support federal, state and local emergency personnel. (PCI) now has an agreement with the Joint Contracting Command Iraq (JCC-I) for Task Force Iron (TFI), a military force operating in northern Iraq consisting of soldiers from multiple units based in Germany and United States, to deploy a satellite Internet and voice solution.
