Careers at Proactive offer various types of IT and professional challenges. Most IT related positions are "deployable" unless otherwise noted as "non-deployable". Deployable position means the employee must be capable of meeting DOD deployment standards for medical, dental, and personal administrative readiness. Additionally, each employee must be able to obtain an interim security clearance and then pass a follow-on background investigation. Deployed living conditions should be viewed from a "with soldiers" perspective. In most cases, these conditions are austere and in some cases hostile. PCI is looking for employees who can bring IT value to military customers, in challenging environments, and work as a member of a team.
