Network Operation Center (NOC) Engineer (Killeen, TX)

Candidate will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting multiple sites across a large network. Shift work could possible to include nights, weekends and holidays. Duties include: Monitoring existing site’s system performance and error logs for potential issues, proactively seek out solutions to network related issues, create and follow to completion trouble tickets, assist engineering with implementation, and administering complex TCP/IP networks using routers and switches with minimal supervision, and providing remote hardware and software support. Cisco Voice Engineer (Fort Worth, TX)

Candidate must possess current CCNP or CCVP certification and 3-5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Cisco CallManager, Cisco CallManager Express, gateways, and Unity voicemail systems. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining a large distributed Cisco voice architecture with multiple points of presence. Duties include: preparing performance reports, drawings document configuration changes, change/migration plan documentation. Candidate will be first-line support for services interruptions and voice routing issues and to support phone moves, adds and changes (MACs). Candidate must be able to escalate unresolved problems to corporate Network Operation and Security Center (NOSC) to expedite resolution and work directly with support engineering. HS grad.
