Proactive Communications Inc. has deployed over 300 Satellite communications systems, and is currently monitoring upwards of 250 remotes at any one time with their 24/7 NOC. The NOC has current state of the art monitoring systems, that can monitor remotes, VPN tunnels, routers, firewall's and a multitude of networking equipment anywhere in the world. Our employees have the expertise to monitor all the way down to the desktop if the customer desires.

Network Operations Center (NOC)
PCI Operates a 24x7 NOC to support local and remote customers. The NOC monitors various levels of network activity ranging from power, IP connectivity, traffic type, session count, data rate, Signal to Noise Ration, modem temperature, and user activity. The NOC monitors weather and solar activity for potential disruptions of satellite connectivity. The NOC can send out network reports that capture customer's network metrics. The Proactive NOC makes every effort to observer, report, and manage problems ahead of time, thus partnering with customers for their success.
